At Georges Hostel & Café, we have always given priority to the customer’s experience, both socially and in terms of comfort and hygiene, to develop a product that sets us apart in the hotel industry. In view of the constantly changing situation with regard to COVID-19, we have a duty of care to our guests, visitors and staff to ensure security, transparency and flexibility in what are proving to be exceptional and difficult circumstances.

Like the rest of the hospitality industry, we are currently following all procedural advice provided to us by the WHO, and the French government, adjusting operational systems and cancellation policies as the situation evolves.

Reservations and Cancellations

At this time, we recognize the need to alleviate the stress of our guests by providing flexibility to those affected by border closures and states of emergency, and we regularly update our cancellation policy to accommodate those affected by these unprecedented circumstances.

Our intention, as always, is to ensure the comfort and happiness of you, our guests. Therefore, for all individual bookings made before April 15th for stays until June 12th, we offer you the option of rescheduling your stay to “another date in the 2020 season”, free of charge. The price of your stay may vary according to the new dates chosen together. If it is not possible to postpone your stay to another date of the 2020 season, we offer you a “Credit note” valid for 18 months for a stay in 2021.
