Hygiene and cleanliness – FAQ

Our priorities have always been hygiene and cleanliness. In the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are strengthening our maintenance protocols. We are making every effort to prepare our rooms and all common areas in accordance with very strict sanitary protocols, even stricter than usual.

How have you reinforced your hygiene and cleaning measures?
Here are our main actions implemented:
– Complete cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms and common areas before the reopening of each establishment.
– Cleaning of common areas, including handles, switches, lift buttons, room keys between each guest passage.
– Changing cleaning equipment between each room, including microfibre cloths and wipes.
– Systematic change of all linen and all products made available in the room between each guest.
– Use of disinfectant detergent products approved according to the EN 14476 + A2 standard.
– Use of disinfectant deodorant after each room cleaning.

What preventive measures have your teams adopted?
Below are the equipment and preventive measures put in place for our teams working for your safety:
– Staff are equipped with masks, gloves and hydro-alcoholic gel.
– Teams are trained in barrier gestures and make sure to wash their hands as regularly as possible and after each interaction.
– To avoid handling as much as possible, bottled water will be available on request at the reception desk.

To what extent have you reduced the offer of services?
The health crisis that we are going through has forced us to reduce our service offer in order to guarantee your safety during your stay:
– Breakfast can be taken away
– Reduced number of guests in shared rooms. (common area and dormitory)

Do you have masks and hydroalcoholic gels available for guests?
Yes, we have hydroalcoholic gel in all strategic points: at the entrance to the establishment, in the common rooms, at the entrance to the shared rooms and in the common sanitary facilities.
If necessary we also have masks available.
